Just as is the case with guns, the reaction to the drones is to shut it all down…ban everyone from using them, law-abiders included. But just as with guns, that will have some significant negative consequences.
If the gun control laws Giffords and Everytown fail, but remain in place, then it becomes clear that the true goal of gun control is unrelated to reducing crime. It’s really all about harassing law-abiding gun owners.

There are locks everywhere and yet people are not using them to lock up their guns…we really need to make sure that guns are stored safely and that people have a means of getting them out the house with folks at risk.

No one in the White House issued any calls for more gun control after the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania. Or after the second failed Trump assassination attempt. Or after a CEO was murdered on the streets of New York. Go figure.
One doesn’t have to look very far to see that activist lawfare that intentionally distorts the law’s meaning and intent remains a popular way for the far left to pursue its agenda of ending civilian gun ownership in America.
