FALCO Holsters has added a light-bearing option to its Kydex chest holster line, the company announced August 13, 2026. The D910 L Light-Bearing Kydex Chest Holster is built to carry handguns equipped with weapon-mounted lights, closing a gap in a holster line that launched without WML compatibility.
According to FALCO, the new model is available for more than 2,600 handguns paired with more than 180 lights, giving you a wide range of configuration options built around a single chest-carry design. FALCO said the D910 L was developed in direct response to customer requests. The company’s original D910 Kydex Chest Holster debuted in 2025 as part of a three-holster expansion into alternative Kydex carry styles, alongside a cross-draw and small-of-back model, but that version did not accommodate weapon-mounted lights.

“Customer feedback is invaluable to us, so when they tell us that something is missing, we listen. Their experience in the field and needs help guide what we create, and the D910 L is a direct result of that relationship.
-Robert Kovac, CEO of FALCO Holsters
The D910 L is built from genuine U.S.-made Kydex and custom-molded to each customer’s specific handgun and light combination, following FALCO’s standard production process for its Kydex line. Each shell is formed in-house using a 1:1 replica of the specific firearm and light involved, rather than a generic size-category mold, which FALCO cites as the basis for the line’s fit and retention. The company markets the design toward hunters, hikers, and outdoor enthusiasts, alongside tactical professionals, positioning the chest-carry format as an alternative to belt carry when a user’s waist is already occupied by a pack or hunting equipment.

Specifications listed by FALCO include an adjustable nylon harness with a quick-release fork buckle, a self-locking Kydex shell, and an open-top, open-bottom design intended to speed the draw while shedding debris and accommodating threaded barrels. An optics-ready configuration is available for handguns equipped with red-dot sights. FALCO’s product listing also specifies a maximum chest circumference of 42.12 inches for the standard harness, with custom sizing available through the company’s customer care team for larger builds.

The D910 L carries FALCO’s standard lifetime limited warranty and 30-day buyback guarantee, terms that apply across the company’s Kydex catalog. The release adds to a run of light-bearing Kydex products FALCO has introduced across its duty and concealment lines over the past year, part of continued demand for WML compatibility across carry styles beyond the IWB and OWB formats that have historically dominated that segment of the market. MSRP for the D910 L is $189.95, which is about $10 more than the standard D910. The holster is available now through FALCO’s website, where you can also add customization options such as embossing or have it fitted to your specific needs.
