Florida Person Classic: Man’s Girlfriend’s Sister Tells Him to Strip, Tries to Rob Him at Gunpoint

The sister of your wife is your sister-in-law. There really isn’t a name for someone who’s the sister of your girlfriend, and that makes this story a little unwieldy, but we’ll press on anyway because it’s just so darned entertaining. And the fact that it took place in the Florida panhandle probably isn’t a coincidence.

The sister of the girlfriend in this little domestic drama is someone named Adrianna Barron. When her sister’s boyfriend showed up with a friend at about 2:00am one evening last week, she claims she just wanted to help her sibling.

The report states that when they arrived, his girlfriend’s sister, [Adrianna] Barron, approached him, pointed a gun at him, told him to “strip” and empty his pockets, then struck him in the face with the gun.

The man ran from the house and jumped into his friend’s truck along with his girlfriend, according to the report. Barron then reportedly pointed the gun at the friend and told him to empty his pockets.

The report states the second man ran to his truck and the three drove away from the house. 

We know that you’re wondering why she didn’t tell the friend with the truck to strip, too. He’s no doubt asking himself the same question. But the early morning panhandle hijinks weren’t over yet.

Barron proceeded to follow the truck and attempted to push it off the road, according to the report, until deputies arrived and tried pulled over Barron’s vehicle.

Being a true Florida Woman, Barron tried to run from police — unsuccessfully — which only made matters worse. As WEAR reports, she’s now facing a fistful of charges.

• Robbery with a weapon (attempted, two counts)
• Aggravated Assault (two counts)
• fleeing and eluding law enforcement
• driving without a valid driver’s license

All’s well that ends well, we guess. But you have to wonder what the topic of conversation will be around the Thanksgiving dinner table…once she’s out of jail.
