The police bullet that struck one of the Manchester terror attack victims may have first travelled through the knifeman as well as the heavy synagogue doors, firearms experts have suggested.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed on Friday that one of the two men who died in the atrocity at Heaton Park Synagogue had sustained a gunshot wound.
Jihad al-Shamie, the Islamist terrorist, was armed with a knife and the only rounds discharged came from authorised firearms officers (AFOs), who opened fire to prevent further bloodshed.
An investigation will now examine how the innocent victim was also struck by a bullet.
Firearms specialists said it was possible it was the same round that had killed the terrorist.
The armed officers who arrived at the scene within minutes of the first 999 call were carrying Heckler & Koch G36 5.56mm semi-automatic carbines.

The attacker was wearing an explosive ‘suicide belt’ also, it failed to detonate and was latter disposed of in a ‘controlled explosion’ by the UK police bomb squad.
One person injured was injured while trying to stop the attacker.
The terrorist was out on bail for a rape charge.
The BBC was caught trying to ‘martyr-ise’ this terrorist. They deliberately changed a translation in English subtitles on a piece they ran from what was actually said. What was actually said by the Muslim person the BBC interviewed was (in reference to the terrorist – he was) “doing Jihad against the Jews” but in subtitle translation BBC changed it to say “He was resisting Israeli forces”.
UK Muslims are celebrating this terrorist and the attack, and of course the U.K. branch of ANTIFA was there in the streets with them celebrating.

It’s the governments fault for flooding the nation with these people. It’s the governments fault for not locking them up or shipping them out when they offend.
Government caused this problem and all the citizens get for their abuse is a bigger bill.

The only way that I can possibly see a bullet traveling through a human attacker (imparting a fatal wound at that) and then going on to travel through a heavy door after which it imparts a second fatal wound to a bystander is if the bullet just barely grazed the attacker’s neck (causing his carotid artery to leak profusely) with significant retained velocity to punch through the door and (yet again) retain enough velocity after punching through the door to kill the bystander (perhaps hitting the bystander in the neck as well).
If everything lined up just right, the bullet would only have to go through less than an inch of VERY soft neck tissue in the attacker which would not significantly slow down the bullet.
