After the shooting of an anti-ICE protester in Minneapolis last week, there seems to be an increasing number of leftists in America arguing it’s time to “show up with guns” to battle ICE’s effort to round up and deport illegal aliens. It’s time to take these people seriously and it’s time to make some examples of individuals advocating for insurrection, both private citizens and public officials.
Frankly, it’s a target rich environment.

They claim that shooting the woman in the face who was accelerating towards an ICE agent constitutes murder, but reality — and the video evidence — doesn’t square with their claims.
At the same time, Homeland Chief Kristi Noem those looking to escalate the violence that interfering with ICE and other federal agents will result in arrest and prosecution under federal statutes. The problem is, her warnings may be too little, too late.

Anti-ICE agitators have erupted en masse in Minneapolis following the fatal shooting of a protester who the Trump administration says tried to run over an agent.
Video of the chaotic scenes unfolding in Minneapolis shows agitators harassing federal agents, with some throwing snowballs at them and some shouting phrases such as “We’re going to f—ing kill you” and “I hope you suffer.”
One video shows several federal vehicles driving down a Minneapolis street surrounded by protesters on either side of them. Many of the protesters can be seen lobbing snowballs at the vehicles while the crowd chants, “ICE out now.”
In another video, reposted by the White House’s official rapid response X account, a protester outside the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building can be seen confronting a law enforcement vehicle, shouting, “We’re going to f—ing find you, and we’re going to f—ing kill you! You’re going to f—ing die, b–ch!”
Calls for civil war by America’s professional far left seem ill considered. It would be a short-lived affair given who has most of the guns and the training and skill sets to use them.
