Armed Self-Defense Stories Corporate Media Didn’t Tell You About

There have been a lot of recent stories about government corruption. We found out that USAID paid media outlets to skew the news. We also found out that billionaires supplemented their gun control organizations’ funding out of the taxpayer’s pocket. That got me thinking about important news stories that routinely disappear. Uncovering government-funded propaganda is important news, but the elite have been shaping and distorting the news for years. Bloomberg ran his own media conferences on how to slant stories about civilian gun owners.

But I’ve wondered for years why the major news media don’t report on our neighbors defending themselves. The local media are pretty good at reporting when an armed robber attacks your local drug store. If the druggist defends his employees and customers, then the story is a thousand times less likely to make news. That bias is even more notable because readers like to read those stories. The armed defense websites get a lot of traffic. Stories of armed defense were a regular feature in some dead tree gun magazines.

The reason those stories story disappear may now clear. The media don’t report on justified armed self-defense after they take money from people like George Soros, Michael Bloomberg, and USAID. USAID funds have been indirectly linked through other umbrella groups and eventually to gun-control organizations such as Everytown, Brady, Sandy Hook Promise, March for our Lives, and Giffords.

We’ve also seen that USAID funded media outlets like the Associated Press, the BBC, and Reuters news wire while anti-rights billionaires like Soros and Bloomberg were funding journalists and Hollywood. It seems the anti-rights billionaires got the censorship they’ve paid for.

The good news is that alternative media can do what the mainstream media won’t. The millions of self-defense stories that happen every year deserve wider recognition. Here are four good examples that I found in my news feeds just yesterday…time and again, armed individuals saving innocent lives.

A mom with an infant in her arms stopped three home invaders. This story was out of Decatur, Illinois. The homeowner heard some unexpected sounds at about four in the morning. Three men had broken through her basement window. The intruders then came upstairs and attacked the homeowner. She had a child on her hip and a handgun in her other hand. She shot at her attackers when they approached her bedroom. The attackers shot at her and then ran. All three of the attackers have been arrested and one was wounded. He said the other attacker did the shooting, but there were no cartridge casing in the home, and he was carrying an empty revolver. The armed mom was also defending a two-year old child. Both children were uninjured.

A crazy man attacked people on the street in a small Missouri town. This happened in the middle of a Thursday afternoon. A man was assaulting strangers on the street with a knife. He also attacked someone who tried to drive away. A woman ran out of the attacker’s home and went to her next door neighbor. The neighbor shot at the attacker. Police report that there was a second armed defender as well. EMS transported the attacker to a hospital where he later died of his injuries.

An adult son shot his mom’s ex-boyfriend after the boyfriend broke down the door and attacked him. The attacker turned around and the defender stopped shooting. Reports weren’t clear about who called the police, but we know that the son stayed at the scene and gave them a statement. The family also submitted the security camera video and audio of the intruder breaking down the door.

A woman working at a Holiday Inn in downtown Pensacola, Florida defended herself with a firearm. The woman had a stalker who had fallowed her to work before. The stalker attacked the woman in the hotel laundry room. The stalker punched the victim who then presented her firearm and shot him. She stopped shooting him when he stopped attacking her. He was charged with battery, stalking, simple assault, resisting arrest, possession of cocaine and marijuana, and assaulting a police officer while being treated at the hospital.

These are just a few stories of armed self-defense. I hope you can protect the people you love.
