Two Men Arrested After Burglary Call Past Curfew at the Brentwood Home of Kamala Harris

No one can say that potential burglars haven’t been warned. During her failed campaign for the White House, Kamala Harris told the world that she’s no one to be trifled with. She announced to Oprah Winfrey that she owns a GLOCK and warned that, “If somebody breaks into my house, they’re getting shot.”

That, however, didn’t seem to deter two men who were reportedly dressed in black and caught outside her home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles last night. Police responded to a burglary call and found the two men lurking outside the Veep’s home after a curvew that has been put in place to try to keep a lid on the looting that’s been going on in the wealthy neighborhoods that have been hit by wildfires there in recent days.

The Los Angeles Police Department said a call came into the West L.A. station around 4:40 a.m., reporting a potential burglary on the Vice President’s property.

Officers responded to the residence located on Bundy Drive, north of Sunset Drive, and found two individuals on the property.

Apparently, breaking curfew alone isn’t enough to hold onto suspicious characters in Los Angeles no matter where they’re found.

LAPD said officers detained the two people who were breaking curfew, but have since released them as they found no evidence that they were committing a crime.

We’d guess the Veep’s home was empty as she was probably in DC when the two men were caught. As for the whereabouts of the GLOCK she claims to own, that’s anyone’s guess.

  1. My buddy, Grumble, flew down to an LA suburb to help his cousin with the neighborhood watch. In the end, they could not get it to keep proper time, and had to buy a new one. Everyone chipped in. Unbelievable that they all share one watch. Tightly-knit community, I guess.

    1. i found it on the shelf outside the tavern. the clasp had popped off it’s springy plungy. pretty easy to reattach, i gave it to my kids girl. she squealed.

  2. It has been reported on Fox News that the 2 perps weren’t actually on Kamala’s property only nearby. They were detained for violating the 6p to 6am curfew and have since been released with no charges at this time.
