The Ft. Devens Rifle & Pistol Club, Inc., warned Fort Devens officials multiple times that if they didn’t let the civilian club shoot, they would take official action. Act they did.

Each launcher had a legal 37mm barrel, which were not attached. Each of these launchers, according to ATF rules, is exempt from being classified as a destructive device as long as their owner had no anti-personnel ammunition. The owner had none.
The ATF has proven it can’t be trusted to carry out its normal duties. Far too many of its members view themselves as a high-speed SWAT team, rather than mere federal agents.
The ATF, federal prosecutors, and what’s left of Joe Biden’s supporters in the fedgov still want you to believe that their case against Patrick “Tate” Adamiak is complex and confusing, involving arcane weapon systems and rare gun parts that only a firearm expert can fully understand.
Perhaps the biggest factor that demonstrated that Adamiak’s RPGs were not weapons but training aids were massive holes drilled in the high-pressure area of the tubes – right where an operator’s face would be when firing them.
Truth be known, Attorney General Pam Bondi or her staff should examine all of the ATF’s cases made during Biden’s term. Some were much worse than this one.
The two prosecutors and the ATF’s Bodell tried to penalize Adamiak for the flats, despite a 15-year-old ruling that says the flats are not firearms. The judge in that case even ruled, “The court finds that…selling flats is not illegal conduct.”
