The Socialist Rifle Association Has a ‘No Soldiers’ Membership Policy

Socialist Rifle Association meme

I recently joined the Socialist Rifle Association and reached out to my local chapter to join, trying to make some like-minded friends with similiar (sic) interests. I was really excited, and thought it would be a good chance to build a social group around things I’m passionate about. As part of applying to join the local chapter, I had to do a 45 minute interview with two members, which I thought went pretty well, and I was looking forward to being made a full member.

Then, yesterday, I got told that my application to join the chapter was denied, because I’m in the national guard. They said they currently have a policy against letting servicmembers join their chapter.

To be honest, I get it. With everything going on with how the military is being used currently, I understand not wanting to let servicemembers join an organization like that, but it’s really frustrating I got told AFTER paying for a membership, and wasting my time on the interview. Granted, I can still be a member of SRA as a whole, and participate in their online forums, but the whole reason I joined was to form some in-person relationships with my local chapter.

Sorry to rant a bit, but I do actually have a point to sharing this. If anyone else here is a liberal servicemember, thinking of joining the SRA, do so with caution. Reach out to your local chapter and make sure they don’t have an issue with your service before wasting your time and money.

  1. See, there is a place on the internet for the most stupid – its the Reddit lib-eral-gun-owners group.

Lets me clear, the ‘Socia-list Rifle Association’ (AKA SRA) is a marx-ist soci-a -list comm- un-ist group, its membership is comprised of, in political orientation overall, comm- un-ists. They have been keen to emphasize the broad basis of their organization in terms of ideology and gender as well as the class based nature describing themselves as “working class, progres-si-ve, anarc-hist, socia-list, commu-nist, eco-warrior, animal liberator, anti-fasc-ist, anti-rac-ist, anti-capit-alist, PoC, LGBTQ-plus“. (overall one big withe-ri-ng mass of emotio-nal-ly driven mental illness and hatr-ed)

This mo-ron on reddit just confessed, if he/she is actually a member of the national guard, to wanting to join a commu-n-ist organization with elements that want to overthrow the United States – such is forbidden for military members in any branch of the U.S. military including the national guard. I’ve referred his/her post to the DOD (now DOW) IG office where such reports go so they can take a closer look.

  2. Video: [reformed] 58 Time Felon Shatters Gun Control Illusion.

“If you’re unfamiliar with J.D. Delay, he’s a reformed career criminal with 58 felonies on his rap sheet. He has a long and storied history of breaking the law, which is to be expected when you’re strung out on meth.

He’s gotten his life straightened out and walks the straight and narrow now, and started a YouTube channel where he talks about his prison experiences, among a lot of other things.

Recently, Delay was on the Unsubscribe Podcast, where the subject of guns came up, and that was where Delay said something that anti-gunners all over the country need to consider, which I talked about on my own YouTube channel.

    Here’s the video:

Now, there’s nothing earth-shattering to you or me. We know criminals carry guns, and I’m not at all surprised to know a convicted felon, during his ‘active’ career, favored gun control because it meant he didn’t have to worry about being shot by some armed citizen, but it’s interesting to hear someone lay it out from a first-person perspective.

More than that, since anti-gunners love stories so much, this is a hard one to ignore for them.

Don’t get me wrong, they will, but when they start trotting out people to give their first-person perspective on why guns are supposedly bad and we need gun control, we’ve got Delay’s testimony about why that will make the bad guys as happy as clams.

  3. “Power flows out of the end of a gun barrel”

These people are only fooling people like this guy. Gun aren’t for him.

They’re only for people like “us”.
