If you have a suppressor, you’re familiar with the fact that you need a sturdier case to protect it than it came with. MTM Case-Gard is solving that with the SC3 Suppressor Case, a durable carrying case made to protect what just might be your most valued piece of gun gear. The SC3 Suppressor Case allows you to transport or store your suppressor in a compact package so you don’t have to worry about it getting damaged (and we all worry about that, right?).

The SC3 Suppressor Case is made from high-impact, injection-molded polypropylene and designed as a clamshell-style case with two latches on one side. The latches are made to be secure and there are two padlock insertion points. MTM Case-Gard created the case with an ergonomic handle to make carrying comfortable and the hinges are robust for longevity and reliable function. The case is lined with foam padding and pre-cut to accommodate a trio of suppressor. Length of the suppressors can vary and the case’s internal dimensions are 12.5-inches x 8.1-inches x 3.0-inches.It’s a versatile enough setup to fit most common suppressors (just make sure they’re fully cooled off before you try putting them in there).

MTM Case-Gard did have the foresight to make the lid’s foam so it can be raised. That means you can slide paperwork or suppressor tools under it to keep everything together as desired. The case is available in FDE and has external dimensions of 13.1inches x 9.7-inches x 3.2-inches. The SC3 is a great option for anyone looking for a more durable way to keep their suppressors safe.

MSRP $21.98.

    1. No one of Consequence

Just one? Son, we gotta talk…

Seriously, about the only thing I see that’s missing are slots for alternate end caps and tools. Those you could add yourself, or maybe just put said parts under the foam.

Either way it beats the heck out of an Apache case, pick’n’pluck and a couple of spray cans of PlastiDip. (Which actually works well to have a custom solution; but it takes time and is messy.)
