Since President Trump has taken office, he has gutted the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention; appointed Kash Patel, who is aligned with fringe gun rights groups, to head both the FBI and the ATF; and signed an executive order poised to undo years of gun safety progress.

Yeah, but it’s been six weeks and we still don’t have license reciprocity. Giffords, you could have mentioned that.

Reciprocity is a congress thing, not a Trump thing. Congress has to pass a law, so far they haven’t although bills have been introduced since Trump started this second term. Then if it gets through Congress it goes to Trump who signs it into law and he has said he would sign such.

So, we are waiting on congress and they have been pretty tied up lately —– republicans have been trying to ‘govern’ like they are suppose to for the American people, and the democrats have been trying to not govern like they are suppose to but rather play political-theater in an effort to save the Marx -ist Soicia -list Democrat Party and stop the republicans from, you know, actually saving the country from the damage and fraud and abuse and waste and crime the Marx -ist Soicia -list Democrat Party has heaped upon us in trying to overthrow the country. So congress has been pretty tied up lately.

The President could publish an EO requiring the DOJ to give full faith and credit to the CCW permits from any state in all other states. But State governments arent directly covered by EO.

      Are you dim?

‘Reciprocity’ means it’s under California’s, New York’s, and New Jersey’s terms, not ours. And if you exercise that right, they will throw your ass in prison for decades, if not life… 🙁

  2. Why is it that 2A groups are “fringe” and 1A groups are “extremists” but the groups promoting mutilating and sterilizing mentally kids for the profit of big pharma are concerned, loving, allies who just want to make healthcare available?

  3. These changes mean nothing as long as the enemies of the Constitution and the Rights of the People enumerated therein are allowed. For their determination is as strong or stronger than that of those who support those Rights. Evil never takes a break or a day off even when it seems so weak and far away. The winds of change in the body politic are always swaying to and fro and one day that wind will once again be gnawing at the very foundation of the Freedoms and Liberties our nation was founded on. As long as that Evil is allowed the tiniest of footholds in our society the Constitution will never be safe from being torn asunder and with it will go the Freedoms and Liberties we hold so dear. It may not be in our lifetime or our children’s lifetime but that time will come nonetheless, unless the People take a stand and end it. Once and forever. If that time must come should it not be on our watch rather than leave it to our children? That is the question each shall have to answer to. Today or on ones death bed when the answer is already foretold.

  4. a reconciliation can pass with simple majority, but needing 60 votes in the senate means everything else is dead as the oppo will vote straight partisan.
