A long time ago, at another location far, far away (check the date today), I reviewed 5.11’s AMP12 backpack. I’d been using it as my everyday carry pack for about a year and carried it for couple more after that. I still have it and I’m using it for other things now (this is my EDC pack these days).
Anyway, it was one of the best EDC backpacks I’d ever had and 5.11 is bringing both the 25-liter AMP12 and the 32-liter AMP24 back again in limited quantities…511 of each, to be exact.
WHAT: Raising the bar for maximum versatility and storage, 5.11 is bringing back limited inventory of the All Missions collection, with the AMP12 ($170) and AMP24 ($190), with 511 units of each size and color available while supplies last.

Both offerings feature 5.11’s patented HEXGRID multi-angle load bearing platform, including a removable 9×9 HEXGRID panel for rapid mission customization. A full clamshell main compartment with Quad-Zip zippers provides complete access to organized storage, supported by internal loop panels, mesh organization, and admin pockets. Built from water-resistant 500D Dobby Nylon with a reinforced 1050D nylon base and TAC-LAM laminate, the AMP12 and AMP24 are finished with a thermoformed back panel. The AMP bags will be available in black, dark kangaroo and ranger green.
The AMP12 has 25-liter capacity, while the AMP24 comes in at 32-liters.

WHEN: Limited inventory available May 4, 2026
WHERE: Visit 5.11 retail stores or shop online at Five-Eleven.com.
