On December 9, Jacob Bard shot two students during an altercation outside a dorm at Kentucky State University. One was seriously injured and the second, 19-year-old DeJon Fox, Jr., died. Bard was arrested and charged with first degree murder. A grand jury, however, apparently determined that the shooting was a case of self-defense and refused to indict him.
Bard’s attorneys claim that the situation at KSU was out of control . . .
Not only was Jacob Bard completely justified under the law in his use of deadly force that day, but Jacob also took every reasonable step to alert Kentucky State University and the Kentucky State University Police Department of the imminent danger his sons and other students were in. Kentucky State University and the Kentucky State University Police Department failed to address multiple armed, violent felonies against Jacob’s sons and other students in the days leading up to December 9, 2025. Jacob Bard and his wife, along with their sons decided that the only course of action was to withdraw from the university for the son’s safety and requested a police escort to remove their son’s property due to the imminent threat of danger they faced.
The armed campus cops did little or nothing to keep the situation from escalating when Bard attempted to remove his son from the campus.
Despite having two armed Kentucky State University Police Officers present, a group of twenty to thirty individuals gathered in the lobby of the son’s dormitory to violently and viciously attack Jacob Bard’s son and family. Many of these individuals were not students of the university and wore ski masks, hoods, and otherwise concealed their faces. Watching the mob gather, Jacob Bard armed himself with his wife’s firearm.
The mob apparently attacked them as they left the dorm to the point that Bard felt compelled to defend his son ballistically. The evidence presented to the grand jury was evidently persuasive enough that the shooting was judged to be a case of justified self-defense.
That, however, didn’t sit will with Fox’s parents, DeJon Fox, Sr. and Chardnae Cleveland. They issued online threats against Bard and were arrested, charged with felony intimidation . . .
A probable cause affidavit filed in Vanderburgh County showed Fox allegedly made graphic threats against Bard on social media under a screen name of “Capo Fatman Fox.” One post that was still online on Friday said in part “YOU DONTKNOW WHAT U TOOK FROM ME BUT YOU WILL FEEL THE SAME HURT I FEEL.”
In court records, police quoted a public post from Cleveland that said in part “I want his son dead just like mine.”
Another post from Cleveland that police said had been deleted was quoted in the affidavit as saying “Might drive to Evansville today to see some vicelords!” Police noted in the document that the statement was concerning because the Vice Lords are a prominent criminal street gang known for violence and organized crime.
If what the attorneys described in their press release is even close to what actually took place that day, there are serious problems at Kentucky State University, not the least of which is the fact that two armed campus cops failed to control what seems to have been a violent situation and didn’t protect Bard and his family.
In the mean time, Fox’s parents will now be fighting their own legal battle while they mourn their dead son. And Jacob Bard can consider himself fortunate that he had the means to protect himself and his family since two useless campus cops clearly weren’t up to the job.
Based upon a more full explanation of events from research, the mob was out for blood and death and were not going to be satisfied without it. I have no doubt they would have killed had Dad not shot the two he did. Dad made the right choice.
The jury made the correct decision.

Ok, so the day care fraud in Minnesota. Most of them were found to not have any children but were claiming hundreds of kids. Some were getting up to $10,000.00 per child claimed (the state limit is $1,500.00 per child) when no kids existed and no records of kids or employees. In fact some of these places were vacant buildings or some Somali home in a nice affluent neighborhood – the point is there were never any kids attending their day care and ‘learning’ centers, they were scams and fraud. Then when they got caught, and knew they were being watched they staged some kids being picked up and dropped off – they were kids they gathered up from other people in a deal to make it look like the day care was genuine. Well, anyway, they got caught and their funding was pulled. So what do these morons do? Why of course, one of them advertises on Craigs List for ‘child actors’ to occupy their day care so they can say they are a day care with inspectors present in an attempt to get their funding back – well, they been caught at that too, and whats hilarious is they blame the need for the child actors on ‘white supremacy’ and say they need the actors because “ENTIRE client base has already found new daycare services” when they never had any ‘clients’ to begin with. Oh, and remember that $1,500.00 a day thing?

And now even more ‘childcare’ fraud. Funds for ‘childcare’ to five blue states has been frozen completely. The states are California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, and New York – turns out these states were also illegally and fraudulently funneling the money to support their illegal alien population. Yes folks, we thought of the children and paid our tax dollars to help support child care …I mean, think of the children and who would object to that right? And the democrats spent years trying to make us all feel bad about it too. Its part of the scam, that’s why. If they get these actor kids in long enough to fool the state inspectors, because there is more focus on the fraud, if their scheme worked and it was not found out like it has been – they could have possibly gotten their funding back at the state limit of $1,500.00 per ‘actor child’ (at least for a short while, they gonna be going to jail). So here’s the thing, they would get $1,500.00 per ‘actor child’ thus the tax payer was really going to be paying these ‘actor kids’. Then when they get their funding back, the ‘actor kids’ would go away, and there would be no kids yet they would for at least some time get $1,500.00 per child that does not exist.
They wanted to hire “20 child actors for 3 days” to fool inspectors with —- $1,500.00 X 20 = $30,000.00 per month – that’s $360,000.00 a year, minimum, in tax payer dollars, if they continued to claim (after fooling the inspectors with the ‘actor kids’) only 20 kids (that did not really exist), for this one scam daycare. Most of these Somali day care scams were claiming more then 80 kids. In Minnesota, state wide, literally over 1,000 of these scam health/daycare things have been discovered. Its billions of $$$. Some of these got around $10,000.00 per kid claimed, no kids existed. And on top of that, all of these scammers have been using some of that money to make the maximum allowable donation amount to democrat politicians. Yep they been donating your tax dollars to these politicians, now where have we heard about that before…hmmm…oh yeah, bogus NGO’s that got grants through USAID that turned around and donated all the grant money to democrat politicians in the Biden USAID money laundering scheme.
