The two prosecutors and the ATF’s Bodell tried to penalize Adamiak for the flats, despite a 15-year-old ruling that says the flats are not firearms. The judge in that case even ruled, “The court finds that…selling flats is not illegal conduct.”
Nowadays, journalists talk constantly about the accuracy of their reporting. However, when they write anti-gun stories, the normal journalism standards are gone, and the editing is a complete joke.
Adamiak was willing to answer questions Monday afternoon about his life and his ongoing legal drama. The interview was conducted by phone. Monday was also the three-year anniversary of the SWAT team raid on his home.
Sheriff Luna may try to slow walk the federal investigators’ progress and keep them from finding and reporting the truth, which would be futile. What Bondi didn’t say is that the Special Litigation Section has never lost a case—not a single one.
