Heritage Manufacturing is building on the success of their 18 inch barrel Badlander side-by-sides with a line of hunting models featuring longer barrels. The Badlander Field Models mix old world charm with modern manufacturing in their take on this classic hunting platform.
Badlander Field Models
Heritage is growing the Badlander family of break-open side-by-side shotguns with four new offerings. The original models came in coach gun configuration with 18 inch barrels and were chambered in 12 gauge, 20 gauge, and .410. Heritage kept those calibers and has also added 28 gauge to the mix for the Field Models.
The Field Models feature 28 inch barrels with a brass bead front sight. They have twin triggers and are equipped with a two position tang safety. The Badlanders are finished with an attractive and practical corrosion-resistant black chrome coating, and are fitted with richly finished Turkish Walnut stocks. Whether you want a classic side-by-side for hunting or want that extra reach and punch of a longer barrel for Cowboy Shooting, the new Heritage Badlander Field Models are worth taking a look at. MSRP for all gauges is $946.99.
