Mission First Tactical’s New MFT Pocket Holster

One of the best new guns introduced in the last five years or so is the Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 2.0. In my humble opinion, of course. S&W hit it out of the park with the slim, light, pocketable .380 and it’s found its way into my pocket on an almost daily basis ever since it came out.

Finding the right pocket holster for it has been an ongoing process. I’m currently toting it in a “sticky,” coushion-y kind of fabric holster that works well, but is perhaps thicker than I’d like. Mission First Tactical’s new MFT Pocket Holster looks slimmer and has peaked my interest. It’s also available for the the GLOCK 42 and Ruger LCP and LCP II pistols. Here’s what MFT has to say about it . . .

Mission First Tactical (MFT) proudly introduces the MFT Pocket Holster, the perfect companion for a backup pistol or everyday carry. Its unique profile design helps keep the firearm in position while mimicking the profile of a cell phone.

The MFT Pocket Holster design offers comfort and concealability in a safe pocket holster. A single sheet laminate design creates the proper trigger protection with a smooth draw. No need for a thumb pad or adjustable retention. Softened radiuses and a curved design hide the profile of a handgun. Use of a CURV® Thermoplastic Composite for the hook allows flexibility with strength that prevents the holster from leaving the pocket when drawing. Eyelet hardware can be used to attach a cord to the interior of your pocket for added security.

MFT Pocket Holster features:

    • Multi-pocket design
    • Cell phone profile;
    • Integrated pocket CURV® catch hook
    • Frictionless draw

MSRP: $34.99

“Comfort, concealment and safety is what we wanted to achieve here,” said Bobby McGee, EVP of Product Management & Innovation at MFT. “We made a MFT pocket holster that reflects the design and technology elements we are known for with of our state-of-the-art IWB and OWB MFT holsters.”
