Meanwhile in Virginia all the democrat legislators are busy sucking the milk from mommy Bloomberg’s bosom. Most haven’t even read the bills they’re submitting. Its amazing actually – constitutional rights are for every American citizen, unless its someone the left wing doesn’t like then its justified to remove constitutional rights from those they don’t like until they want to exercise the constitutional right and suddenly its ok. Hypocrisy.
What we know now from research and taking into account statements known:
Alex Pretti was a moron. He and fellow anti-ICE partner set up that confrontation so they could make a video of ‘brave resistance’. His previous attempt at this failed on 13 Jan. In that incident, ICE was leaving the area, giving the anti-ICE morons just what they wanted, and Pretti intentionally physically attacked them by attacking their vehicle and damaging it to stop them from leaving then tried to further provoke them by spitting on them and threatening them with violence. Across the street was his partner that was going to make a video of it, but ICE did not respond as expected by arresting him. Pretti was armed that day too, prior that he had talked of shooting the feds.
On 24 Jan, the day Pretti died, it was another set-up to make a video. The woman (AKA ‘pushed woman’) that eventually got pushed by ICE as they tried to arrest her was part of the set-up, she would draw out the feds and Pretti would come to her rescue and ‘bravely resist’. You can see this in the video she made – they are on the sidewalk, video starts, Pretti steps into the street and sort of stands around for a bit then she tells him to ‘go’ and he starts towards the feds, this happens as the feds are attracted to the pushed-woman and right on cue Pretti starts towards the feds focused on the pushed-woman yelling and gesturing at them. His video making partner keeps the camera on Pretti, he is the ‘star’ of the video. No doubt that Pretti thought he would get away with it this time too as he had on 13 and 17 Jan (on 17 Jan he got a cracked rib) – but it did not go as planned, and Pretti was again armed this time too. Now granted, Pretti did not draw his firearm in the videos. But on 13 Jan and on 24 Jan shortly prior to the videos beginning he had talked of shooting the feds, and that’s probably why they were making videos to show the feds being shot but in each case it did not go as planned.
On 13 Jan it did not go as planned, even though Pretti had, it appears from the video, tried to ‘create’ a situation where he could claim defense – by intentionally stopping the feds from leaving the area and further trying to provoke them with threats and spitting on them. On 17 Jan it appears he wanted to create such a situation again by physically attacking the feds but he got a cracked rib as a result so his efforts were cut short and did not work out as planned, prior that he had talked of shooting the feds. Then comes another chance on 24 Jan 2026.
On 24 Jan 2026 Pretti and partners had been out on ‘patrol’ waiting to be ‘dispatched’ via their ‘signal’ dispatcher (the lieutenant governor of Minnesota, Peggy Flanagan, was the dispatcher that day in signal) to a fed location of an arrest. They arrived, got in place, the set-up with the pushed-woman began, the video starts, Pretti get his cue, and once again things did not work out as planned.
Earlier on 24 Jan, Pretti had said he did not expect to come home that day. But once at the area prior the video beginning Pretti had talked again of shooting the feds.
Pretti is not some great 1st and 2nd amendment ‘martyr’ like the left wing wants to make him out to be. Co-workers at VA have said he was a terrible nurse and person and was unstable, some people who knew him have said he spoke of wanting to ‘shoot ICE’ and was unstable, even some family members have indicated they thought he was unstable. The pushed-woman was pushed down (actually, she sort of fell being off balance from being grabbed by the feds) to keep her from getting away as she seems to have wanted to flee arrest and she was resisting that arrest, Pretti following the plan ‘script’ for the video got into it probably expecting to get away with it again like he had previously. But previously there was no actual arrest taking place at the time Pretti did his thing so this time it was different and there would be more hands-on from the feds and an arrest of Pretti too and he resisted.
Now, this 24 Jan incident was not an excuse for him to get shot, but there is some information to suggest that the first shot actually came from Pretti’s own gun. It was removed from him, but there is a point where the fed that removed it, well, it seems to have fired and that could be the first shot which prompted the feds to fire thinking Pretti had a second gun and was firing. There was a point seen in another video angle where it appears Pretti is trying to reach for something on his body but its very short and unclear. The feds already knew who Pretti was, knew he had gone armed on the 13th, and now knew he was armed in this encounter on the 24th. Did all this contribute to him getting shot? Well, we do not know yet actually if the feds fired justifiably or not as the investigation is still going on. But one thing is clear, and that is that Pretti is not some great 1st and 2nd amendment ‘martyr’ like the left wing wants to make him out to be – he was intentionally committing criminal acts while armed, he conspired to interfere and obstruct, he communicated threats of violence, and he did interfere and obstruct. Plus, under Minnesota law he was not carrying legally that day on 24 Jan because he did not have his permit or ID on him while carrying, so the arguments that ‘he had a permit’ is moot.
The moral of the story is this: You want to protest while legally/constitutionally armed – have at it … march and carry signs/flags/sex-toys and dress up in costumes and yell and scream and screech and flail all you want. But, 1st and 2nd amendment protections do not cover intentional criminal acts in violation of laws that are constitutional and lawfully enacted by congress – and claiming a justification to enact violence that the feds are arresting ‘neighbors’ that are in the country illegally is not an excuse for you to start shooting the feds or enacting violence and threats against them and if you think it is then you are as stupid as Pretti and Good were and its not going to end well for you.

Illegally entering or remaining in the country is a crime – you can’t just declare ‘no one is illegal’ so you can protect criminals. Now you claim a constitutional right you wanted removed from others, a constitutional right of the country you wanted to be inhabited by criminals, a constitutional right of the country the left wing has specifically said they wanted done away with. And you expected the rest of the country and federal government to just go along with this and roll over and let you left wingers have your way with destroying the country? You are as dumb as a rock.
What did you think was going to happen when the left wings anti-ICE morons started threatening federal agents and their family’s? What did you think was going to happen when morons like Peretti and Good got motivated by their marx*ist soc*list groups to put their body’s on the line, to enact violent/dangerous acts against the feds?
Where were you left wingers supporting the second amendment during the Biden tyranny where federal law and law enforcement was weaponized against innocent American gun owners and the feds took lives and livelihoods, and terrorized innocent American gun owners and their children at gun point threatening to shoot them, and censored and de-banked innocent American gun owners, and entered homes without valid warrant or probable cause, and created illegal registries, and usurped the law making power and authority of congress. Oh yeah, I know where you were, you were on the side lines cheering for it in the name of gun control and trying to vote for more of it.
Now you expect the pro-2A/pro-gun community to roll over and say “Hey, welcome to the family!’ and have sympathy for you because of a problem you created?
Maybe you do not understand how constitutional rights work, maybe you do not understand how mentally ill you are, maybe you do not understand how life actually works – but one thing I understand is that you are not worthy of any sympathy.
