Radical gun ban legislation is sailing through the Virginia legislature, offering a crystal-clear preview of what gun owners across the country can expect after the mid-term elections if they stay home and let the gun-confiscation cartel take power.
With little resistance, Democrats in the Virginia House of Delegates advanced a sweeping package of anti-gun bills to the Senate, including bans on commonly owned firearms, magazine restrictions, and new criminal penalties for peaceful gun owners. The measures target law-abiding citizens — not criminals — and they are moving fast. This isn’t an accident. It’s a coordinated agenda.
Virginia Democrats aren’t testing the waters. They’re running full speed, confident they have the votes, the media cover, and the activist infrastructure to push gun confiscation without consequence. And they’re betting gun owners won’t stop them.
Virginia Is the Blueprint
What’s happening in Virginia today is exactly what national gun-ban groups have planned for years…take control of state legislatures, flood them with model legislation, and ram through bans before voters can react.
If that strategy sounds familiar, it should. We’ve already seen the same radical bills filed session after session in Texas by gun-ban Democrats desperate to turn the Lone Star State into the next Virginia or Colorado.
Assault weapon bans. Magazine bans. Gun registration schemes. Civil liability traps for gun owners and dealers.
This Is What Losing Looks Like
Virginia didn’t lose its gun rights overnight. It lost them one election at a time. Low turnout. Complacency. Assumptions that the other side wouldn’t really go that far.
Now the bills are moving, the bans are coming, and lawful gun owners are being treated like criminals, all because the wrong people were allowed to take power.
As Chris McNutt, President of Texas Gun Rights, warns:
“Virginia is what happens when gun owners sit on the sidelines and trust politicians instead of holding them accountable. If we don’t fight now, Texas will be next — and there won’t be a firewall left to stop it.”
November Is the Line in the Sand
This November will determine whether Virginia becomes a cautionary tale — or a roadmap. Gun owners who value their rights must show up, vote pro-gun, and reject every candidate tied to the gun confiscation cartel. Because once radicals control the legislature, it doesn’t matter how many calls you make or emails you send. By then, it’s already too late.
Virginia just showed America what’s coming. The only question left is whether gun owners will stop it — or let it happen everywhere else.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again.
Spanberger was going to be elected. It didn’t matter if every gun owner in VA voted.
1) Kamala won VA in 2024 easily, even with the additional 30% Republican Turnout
1a) The last Republican to win VA in the Presidential Race was GHWB in 2004. That’s right.. 2x for Obama, 1x for Hillary, 1x for Biden, and 1x for Kamala. VA ain’t purple. It’s deep friggin blue.
2) The NAACP endorsed Spanburger, a white woman, over her challenger, Winsome Sears, a black woman. If you can’t even get the NAACP to endorse a black woman, WTF…
3) The Government Shutdown in October that extended into November impacted A LOT of Northern Virginia and Newport News/Hampton Roads folks. They blamed it on the Republicans (naturally).
As a Gun Owning Virginian – I voted, and it didn’t matter one iota.
Note, the only thing that prevented this from happening earlier (eg, 2021) is because Tim Kaine barely didn’t get elected. Of course, a big thank you to the roughly 20k participants in January, 2020, which was the initial Democrat shot-across-the-bow.
The NAACP is ruled by their internalized racism, apparently.

Congressman Burgess Owens from Utah. Wrote in his book , “Why I Kneel” (2014) and he provided photographs of all of the original founders of the NAACP. And a short biography of each.
I was never a fan of the NAACP. To me, they always seemed to work against the best interests, of black people.
And when I read the congressman’s book, I finally understood why I didn’t like them.
No disagreement that NAACP (and, unfortunately, other supposedly African American / Minority focused Non-Profits) is a sham, however, the Sheep don’t seem to know, or care. To me, the Democrat Party caters to the Fool. Heck, they actively denigrate their base as “Useful Idiots” constantly (eg, Married Women and Blacks are too stupid to be able to obtain a valid ID… – their words, not mine).
Interestingly, it seems the Latino groups have “caught on” to that, and are at least “migrating” (no pun intended… Well, maybe a little) towards Conservatism.
Virginia Gun Owners Defeat $500 Suppressor Tax.
“The announcement that suppressors in the Commonwealth of Virginia will not be taxed is being considered a victory by many. The proposed suppressor tax has been removed, at least for now. It would seem Abigail Spanberger and her gang of anti-gun tyrants are getting the pushback they deserve. The Virginia gun grabbers might be starting to realize that taking advantage of the citizens they represent is not good optics for reelection, and gun owners across the Country are demanding Democrats obey and uphold the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Especially the 2nd Amendment.
In an X post, American Suppressor Association President, Knox Williams made the announcement that the proposed $500 tax on suppressors is dead.
