  1. Funny. I think that refers to the Little League Championships with a bat launched vertically after a Homerun. Remember Dodgeball? I heard that was designated as “too rough”.

Another mass shooting stopped by armed citizen! (unfortunately there were injured but all are in stable condition and recovering fine. It would have been much worse if this hero had not been there).

CCL holder kills gunman in Harvey mass shooting – The defender also shot and injured a second suspect, who is now in police custody.

CCL holder kills gunman in Harvey mass shooting; 2nd deadly shooting could be connected: officials

HARVEY, Ill. (WLS) — A Concealed-Carry License holder fatally shot one of two gunmen who injured a young child and four others in south suburban Harvey on Saturday night, officials said.

Officials believe another deadly shooting, which happened on Sunday morning, may be connected to Saturday night’s mass shooting.

Two armed men opened fire at the gathering, injuring five of the guests. But it did not end there. A CCL holder who was present returned fire, killing one of the suspects and injuring the other.

A 4-year-old boy suffered non-life-threatening injuries and is listed in stable condition.

Four other party attendees also suffered gunshot wounds. They were taken to local hospitals in stable condition.

The suspect killed was pronounced dead on the scene.

The democrats are crazy plain and simple: Greg Abbott Drops Bombshell on TX Dems Who Fled State: Return Today or Be Removed, Face Felony Charges

Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a statement warning Democrats who fled the state to deny a quorum for his redistricting push that they have until precisely 3 p.m. Monday to return to their House duties or face removal from office.

Abbott, in his statement, cites a 2021 Attorney General opinion (KP-0382) that could let him petition a court to declare their seats vacant. On top of that, he’s dangling the sword of felony charges, alleging their fundraising to cover $500-a-day fines might violate bribery laws.

[note: Texas is going to redistrict. This will add 5 GOP seats removing 5 democrat seats – thus in the mid terms and the next presidential election this is going to be consequential. The dems of course do not want it to happen, but to vote it into reality the Texas dems refused to show up so there would not be the required quorum, and fled out of state. However, under Texas constitution and law its illegal for these to do that – the dem’s can be arrested or fined or their seats vacated, i.e. removal from office, under Texas law an constitution. If the seats are vacated, its like they were never elected and then the Texas legislature can continue without them and do the redistrict. What been happening in Texas for many years is the democrats have been cheating by using unconstitutional racial gerrymandering by districting in such a manner as to only include for the majority in the districts democrat voters that were black, and specially exclude white or republican voters – they have been doing this all over the country, thus giving them selves more seats than they would have had if the districting been done in the non-biased and constitutional proportion manner. Texas is trying to undo this mess and return to the non-biased and constitutional proportion manner which is the only manner that is constitutional and of course the dems do not like it.]
