  1. .40 cal Booger

A LGS is dumping the remains of their Anderson inventory now that Anderson is out of business. Picked up a Kriger 9mm for $100.00, some lowers for $10.00 each, some barrels for $20.00 each, and a few complete uppers for $40.00 each.

Yeah, they lost some money on it, but this was the last of it and it probably was not going to move anytime soon anyway.

probably – maybe – don’t know. For some reason I just had 7.62 in my head at the time.

          2. .40 cal Booger not '9mm Booger' :)

“probably – maybe – don’t know” why I was thinking 7.62 – nothing to do with it being 7.62 or not. Its just that I was thinking 7.62 for some reason and wanted to be correct because the AR upper is .300 Blk.

And yep, I could change my nic. After many years of carrying my tried and true Glock 22 .40 S&W I retired it. But I went with a Sig P365 X-Macro 9mm. But ‘9mm Booger’ doesn’t have the same ‘feel’ to it 😂 as the ‘.40 cal Booger’ was actually selected by my nephew when he was younger so its also a sort of a nostalgia thing too and he reads here now too.

Basically; One day when my nephew was younger he asked me about the bullets for my Glock 22 and I told him they were ‘.40 cal’. So being a small kid, like most small kids at some point with a favorite word that makes them laugh to say it, he had a favorite word at the time and it was ‘booger’ so he called it ‘forty cal booger’ and thought it was hilarious and said that should be the name I use on line – thus ‘.40 cal Booger’ and he got a kick out of seeing me use it on line, so I stuck with it.

          3. .40 cal Booger not .40 S&W Booger :)

but if it makes people then think of it as ‘.40 S&W Booger’
