They are trying. The Delaware State Sportsmens' Association and several pro-gun lawyers have filed lawsuits before the ink was even dry on all the anti-gun bills DE has passed. Unfortunately, they're facing Democrat judges that continually take the anti-freedom position. The most they're able to do is keep appealing. They haven't given up yet. Also keep in mind that Delaware elected a Democrat supermajority that rubber-stamps everything they want. The further south you go in Delaware, the more Republican it gets but the most densely populated county (DE only has three) always elects Dems to exert their will.

And yet the delawarians continue to allow these actions by their elected government officials. Like my cousins in New York, they don't seem to be trying to fix things. Perhaps they should try the old Roman way.

Either Judge Noreika or the corrupt Attorney General Jennings were crowing that the injunction was denied because there was no "right to sell". How can you keep and bear arms if you can't acquire them?

DE concealed carry permit holders can use that as an alternative to the permit but the process is even more invasive. In addition to the fingerprinting and training which is essentially the same, DE requires prospective concealed carriers to post their full legal name and address in the newspaper to announce they are applying for a permit. And, DE requires five references from non-family members in the applicant's county. If someone doesn't have a lot of pro-gun friends or work in a gun-friendly workplace where they can get their coworkers to give them permission to carry, they don't get to have a concealed carry permit. It's shall-issue if an applicant jumps through all the hoops and wait time runs from several weeks to several months and there's no way to predict it. The one upside is that renewals don't require another training or fingerprinting and a carry permit is valid for longer than the handgun purchaser permit.

Delaware is a slave state. A free person has easy access to all the guns and ammo they can afford.

A slave does not. A slave will eventually be beaten at well. Stolen from. Eventually you will need state permission to do the most basic things.

Don't believe me??

That's because you haven't read what slave life was like on a daily basis. An updated modern version is on its way in several states.

Life in the USSR or East Germany or Romania are good examples.
In Romania they had @n@l sez c0m:m.unis*m. Now go read what they use to do to dissidence held in political prisons there.

But in the modern version you will get "free" c0n.d0ms, "free" fen;t@nyl, "free" weed, "free" @b'0r:ti0n,s. And a "free" government injection center with a "free" government doctor. Who will monitor you so you don't die from all the drugs you have voluntarily put into your own body.

These so called judges don't follow the letter of the law(s). They swing around their feelings at any particular time and their opinions reflect clearly their bias and unwillingness to uphold the law. They do not like the 2A and go to extraordinary lengths to twist the wording and they have to know full well that the 2A is written as explicitly and clearly as possible making it easily understood. They demonstrate some of the dumbest opinions while claiming to be learned.
