I took one of my more fascinating college classes by accident, and that was Statistics. The professor (who had worked in the real world, which makes a difference), was fanatic about the propaganda inherent in most polls. The class spent a few weeks studying various aspect of polling (sample size, sample selection, geographic selection for supposedly national polls, question content and structure, and even the persons asking the questions. After getting through this section of the class, we got our first test - we were required to design a poll (subject up to us), and intentionally structure the poll to achieve a desired result. The results were shocking. A propagandist like Bloomberg (or his minions) can skew a poll by the wording of the question, the sample size and regional bias, political bias (almost all current polls are at least (D) +3 or more; the Dims haven't had that kind of registration or affiliation advantage for YEARS), sex and race and dress of the pollster asking the questions, tone of voice in asking the question, what neighborhood the poll was taken in, number of people polled, and even time of day they were polled at.

The bottom line is, a propagandist like Bloomberg can have a poll designed that will almost certainly achieve his desired result, regardless of actual public opinion on the question being polled, and that's clearly what Mini-Mike did. Any poll from Bloomberg or Moms Demand or whatever "gun control" group isn't worth a damn as scientific research, and is worth even less as an actual reflection of public opinion.

But forgetting all that, since when are my inherent rights a matter of public opinion?? To turn a common Leftist meme back on them (they used it in the abortion context), "If you don't like guns, don't own one!". Apparently that answer isn't satisfactory for the Leftist/fascist "gun control" zealots.

Restriction of Rights are not subject to policy choices/decisions. Neither are they up for public debate. IOW, Johns Hopkins might as well ask "Do you support speaking in a public forum without a permit"...

4473 is a clear violation of the 5th and 14th Amendment's Due Process clause (assumption of innocence).

The PhD types will always try. They are very well funded. And that college degree means alot less when they told everyone to wear a mask.
