Gifford grading scale:

A: State government does everything we tell them to do that we can get away with, democrat politicians fully on board, and state government is happy to violate constitutional rights.
B: State government does almost everything we tell them to do that we can get away with, democrat politicians and state government wants to violate constitutional rights but a hold up in legislature.
C: State government will eventually do everything we tell them to do that we can get away with, but it depends on how many politicians we can corrupt in the legislature.
D: State government doesn’t want to do much of what we want, but some area’s in the state will, and democrat politicians are on board but still need to work on corrupting more of the state legislature.
F. State abides by the constitution, rule of law, and lets people exercise their 2A right and tells us to go pound sand

Creating numbers without accountable facts is what the evil democrats do best.
