Historically the American military has never been used as a backup, for civilian law enforcement. Until the Brown vs Board of Education case.

And, just as Alabama refused to follow federal law back in the 1950s. Now you have the state of Illinois and the city of Chicago refused to follow federal law.

People forget that President Trump majored in American history.

In Europe and the UK soldiers patrol with military rifles. That was done all throughout the 1970s and 1980s. On the streets and at large public gatherings. And airports.

They had bombings, assassinations, riots, and all others of public protests disruptions.

And sadly we are moving in that direction.

Most major American cities are down several hundred police officers. And the numbers are continuing to go down.

Making crime legal or not enforcing laws, has not reduced the number of crime victims.

The utopians will cause everyone to lose their civil rights. In order to confiscate guns and also empty the jails.

Because there are far too many self-hating white people making laws.

I visited Athens, Greece in June of this year. I saw a LOT of police officers all over the place. It was fairly common to see anywhere from 4 to 12 officers standing around and socializing near their cars and/or motorcycles at a street corner. Note that they were able to socialize because there was no serious/violent crime occurring anywhere.

They always ignore the fact that those other countries major cities have way more cops than many of our cities do.
Either locking away criminals for long periods of time or flooding the problem streets with tons of on-foot cops will yield positive results.
They would we rather do neither and just live with crime like we live with squirrels running around.
